In this project to renovate a residence of 268.41sqm, the idea was to revitalize the facade with the application of coatings, changing the colors of the walls, changing the lining and new entrance door.

Landscaping was another point to be explored and valued, with the inclusion of plants along the ladder with demolition wood floors.

The leisure area demanded a lot of attention in this residence. Its renovation provided a more beautiful and attractive environment with the inclusion of the swimming pool, the barbecue area was all reformulated, gaining new coatings and changing the lining of PVC to wood, material that prints a noble and cozy feeling, never out of fashion; aiding in thermal and acoustic comfort.
