This project was challenging since it is a renovation of 929.16sqm. The idea was to give a more classic look to the facade. 

For interiors, sophisticated materials such as the Hijau Stone have been chosen, which will be applied to a wall of the room where there will also be an aquarium. In the dining room will be implanted a vertical garden with a mirror of water, giving more life to the environment.

All spaces of social use will be integrated, and ample leisure area with pool combined with a pond will provide the feeling of calm. The wooden deck around the pool and the pond will give the environment a modern and natural feeling, in harmony with the surroundings.
