Sinergia Coworking
Interior Design, Decoration and Comercial Projetc
Re-design of one Educational Building was proposed new facades and a new use for this building, it will be a coworking space for architects, engineers, and related areas.
Considering factors for energy savings, EDGE certification, such as
55% of the plant will be flat open, with tables in layouts several scattered on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Due to the type of building being open plan, internal gardens have been inserted, the plants
assume the role of "social connector" and barrier to sound.
Large skylights were inserted into the roof for natural light, as well as
slab on 2nd and 3rd floor, the sunlight is filtered through the layers of leaves allowing
it is scattered all over the building up to the ground floor.
Architectural elements are made apparent, revealing operational elements and
building technicians such as support beams, ventilation systems, and cabling. Details
of the industrial character; the apparent textured brick and the dark steel contrast with the elements organic matter.
Principal materials:
Photovoltaic panels: for power generation.
Thermo-acoustic tile: minimizes thermal changes, which generates energy savings in the air conditioning. It has excellent sealing and finishing; high resistance to impacts, abrasions, exposure to the sun and inclement weather.
Glass: use of green glass for energy balance and light, thermal and lighting. Let it pass light, but with less heat by color pigmentation.
ACM: a good thermal and acoustic performance, provided by the polyethylene layer between the aluminum plates. The material is corrosion resistant, easy to install, perfect for revitalization of the facade.
Brise Solei: use of plastic wood brise solei in two angles, horizontal on the north façade, and vertical structure on the south façade, in addition to the beehive-type brise solei with the aesthetic air conditioners that will remain in the technical area, of the same.
