With a built area of 304.00sqm, in this project, we use a mix of materials, with different colors and textures on the façade of this residence, which values the architecture much more, with materials that escape from the traditional and gives more beauty and attractiveness.

 Only in subtle details, the wood gives more imposition to the facade, since it has a peculiar appearance, which ends up highlighting it even more among the other conventional materials.

The leisure area was another point that deserved all attention, where the pool with the gourmet area makes this environment even more beautiful and attractive.
